We were disappointed to learn that the Public Inquiry has overturned the decision made by Cambridge City Council to refuse the planning application made by Queen’s College, Cambridge to develop Owlstone Croft. The appeal decision can be read here.
We strongly objected to the original planning application in July 2022 (you can read our objection in full here).
Our concerns, set out in brief here remain unchanged.
The Friends of Paradise Nature Reserve – which will be impacted by the development – are fundraising to support a Judicial Review.
