We say no to No to development of land off Peakirk Road, Glinton, Peterborough

Following a request by local residents, we have reviewed an application to build 250 dwellings on land off Peakirk Road, Glinton. We’ve strongly objected to this application for a number of reasons, including: the loss of good agricultural land; the impact on greenspace and wildlife; increased risk of flooding; traffic noise, pollution and hazards; the impact on existing services and amenities; and the impact on the village communities of Peakirk and Glinton.  You can read our opinion piece here and our objection letter in full here.
