National CPRE responds to the Transport Committee’s rural buses report

The Transport Committee’s report makes clear that, without dedicated support in government policy for rural bus networks, ‘historic disparities in funding and service provision will persist’.

Cambridge to Cambourne Busway: Public Enquiry date set

The Department for Transport (DfT) has announced a public inquiry into the Greater Cambridge Partnership’s new busway, travel hub and path for walkers and cyclists linking Cambourne to Cambridge. The public inquiry will take place from 15 September 2025.
