Walk the Great Ouse Valley Way, 20th July, various times and locations

The Great Ouse Valley Trust hopes that as many people as possible will walk some of the Ouse Valley Way Long Distance Footpath through Huntingdonshire to celebrate the path's 35 year history.   There are nine "hubs" along the route: Earith, Holywell, St Ives, Houghton, Godmanchester, Brampton, Buckden, Paxton Pits and St Neots.  See


Great Ouse Valley Trust AGM and talk, Saturday 5th April, 10.30am for 11am start, Grafham Village Hall, Van Diemans Way, PE28 0GB

The AGM will be followed by an illustrated talk, “Tales from the Riverbank”, by Francis Mizuro.  Starting his third season as owner-operator of the St Ives Electric Riverboat Co., Francis will share his observations of the River Great Ouse that runs through our beautiful valley, the joy it brings and the issues it faces.

Great Ouse Valley Trust event, Water and Wildlife, Friday 13th October, 7.30pm, at Needingworth Village Hall

Chris Gerrard, Catchment and Biodiversity Officer at Anglian Water will be speaking about water and wildlife and what nature-based solutions Anglian Water are developing to help with current water issues.
