The Prior’s Flour comprises a delicious range of stoneground locally-grown organic flours milled, where possible, by wind power at Fosters Mill, 9 Mill Hill, Swaffham Prior, CB25 0JZ which was built in 1857. Available from the mill shop, by mail order and through a number of outlets in the Cambridgeshire area. The mill can be visited every 2nd Sunday of the month.
